Our house is a new 4 bedroom, two bath, with swimming pool and a 6' spa and a two car garage. It is located in a quiet new subdivision only 3 miles from the entrance to Disney World called Indian Ridge Oaks, which features a large shaded park, tennis courts and a large swimming pool.
