Conditions
- 8 Guests or less: $115.00 per day
- $800.00 per week
- $1800.00 per month
- Up to two extra guests (queen size sofa bed): $10.00 per day
- Pool Heat: $20.00 per day
- $100.00 per week
- 12% sales tax
- 4 nights minimum required
- To secure a reservation a security deposit of $200.00 is required
within 7 days of making the reservation
- Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival
- Personal checks will not be accepted less than 28 days prior to
arrival
- The $200.00 security deposit is used to guarantee against any
breakage, damage, and excessive utility charges. If these occure,
the amount will be deducted from this security deposit and the balance
will be returned. The full $200.00 will be returned if there is
no damage, after the key has been returned.
- Sorry, no pets are allowed.
- Check-in time is after 4:00pm
- Check-out time is before 11:00am
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will not
receive a refund unless another rental is secured.
- Premiums may be charged for certain prime dates.
- Owners are not responsible for personal injury, loss, and/or damage.
